Primary Current Sensor
This Primary Current Sensor (Hall Effect Current Transducer) is made to be used to measure
current up to ±1500A DC, AC and pulsating impulse current of high frequency accurately well
within ±0.3% of “Input current” with a linearity of better than 0.1%.
It is specifically designed to work in Hazardous atmosphere for traction application to measure
the high power circuit current of 3Phase, 6000HP WAG-9 class locomotives for 25KV AC, 50Hz
system. Its measuring secondary circuit is galvanically isolated with primary circuit.
Key Features:
- High Accuracy Measurement: Provides precise readings of AC and DC current.
- Wide Measuring Range: Suitable for both low-current and high-current applications
- Non-Intrusive Operation: Ensures system safety with galvanic isolation.
- Compact & Robust Design: Easy to integrate into electrical panels, switchgear, and devices.
- Fast Response Time: Ideal for real-time monitoring and protection systems.
- Low Power Consumption: Energy-efficient design with long operational life.
- Output Options: Supports analog, digital, and programmable outputs for versatile integration.
